Please take note that once your label has been printed, this is when I’m about to start working on your order :) It may take 1 business day for the tracking to update. 

We apologize in advance, please do not order if you are Gluten/Dairy Free. We are truly sorry that we cannot offer cookies for allergies at this time. In the near future we do plan to offer dairy/gluten free Chocolate Chip.

Our production time has increased, please understand that I work full-time and have 2 kiddos; sometimes I am able to ship them the same day, and others it takes up to 9 business days. Thank you so much for understanding! :’)

*****Please take note that I ship via USPS priority mail. Due to COVID-19, the estimated ship times are now 1 - 4 days as stated by the United State Postal Service. Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for any delays due to the United State Postal Service. I apologize on behalf of USPS for any inconvenience that this may cause. [When I notice a package stuck in transit, I will open up a “Missing Mail Search” to get your package going again.] I ship all cookies in vacuum sealed packaging to ensure they’re fresh upon delivery and breaking of the cookies is held to a minimum. I also make sure that my temperature is taken each day, as well as wear gloves when handling any ingredients or cookies. Stay safe!

- When shipping chocolate chip cookies down South or California, there is a possibility that the chocolate chips can melt. This in no way affects the deliciousness! :’)

- We recommend cutting open the packaging with scissors and microwaving your cookies for 7-10 seconds before eating - who doesn’t love a warm gooey cookie?!

- Place your cookies in an air-tight container after opening the vacuum sealed packaging and consume within 3 days.

- All cookies are made to order.
